The proper handling of litigation, from conciliation to litigation

Litigation represents a risk associated with any activity and relationship, to the extent that the positions of the parties become incompatible, to the point of giving rise to litigation. Legal support takes the form of choosing the preferred type of procedural instrument, drafting all necessary documents and attending hearings. The technical defence of the lawyer also allows one to be put in the best conditions to assert one’s rights before the judge who is called upon to decide: it is not enough to believe that one is right, but it is necessary to put the judge in a position to take the same view of things as us, offering evidence and logical readings that convince and, thus, win. The lawyer’s role is also decisive in verifying, together with the client, the strategy to be adopted, not only from a procedural point of view, but also with a view to identifying possible conciliatory solutions that, with a view to efficiency, put an end to the dispute. Battles for their own sake are never fair and it is the task of those who assist the client in legal battles to never lose the objective, in the sole interest of the client.
