Jeff Senduk is an experienced lawyer with extensive international experience in administrative and corporate law. He has worked both as a lawyer and in-house counsel and has advised governments and corporations on a wide range of issues. Jeff was previously an adjunct lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Leiden University, where he taught international aspects of competition policy, and has taught at several other institutions over the years. He has published a number of articles in the field of international law in journals such as the Stanford Journal of Law Business and Finance and the Global Trade and Customs Journal. He graduated from the University of Amsterdam and Stanford Law School, where he was a Fulbright scholar.
Jeff Senduk has extensive experience in competition law, having advised on merger notifications and cooperation agreements, and conducted litigation on issues such as abuse of dominance and price fixing. He also has good experience in international law, having worked on WTO disputes and several anti-dumping investigations, and has been special advisor to the Indonesian Deputy Minister of Trade on international law matters. He has handled a wide range of matters before civil, administrative and international courts. In addition, he worked as the head of a startup’s legal department, where he handled the full range of corporate legal issues, from negotiating infrastructure contracts to overseeing MA activities and regulatory and law enforcement matters.
