Daniela Spandri (Lecco, 19 September 1987) graduated with honours in law from the University of Milan “Bicocca” in 2012. Having completed her legal practice, she joined the Lecco Bar in 2015 and has been practising law ever since. In 2016-2017 she attended the course for the registration of public defences, passing the relevant examination. In 2023 she attended the training course on the Cartabia Reform of Criminal Justice organised by the Court of Monza.
Daniela handles all criminal disputes by providing support to individuals and businesses in and out of court, in all areas of the industry, also providing assistance to victims of crime. Daniela’s expertise in personal criminal protection ranges from petty crimes to major criminal offences. Daniela has gained experience in corporate criminal law by assisting entrepreneurs, directors and members of supervisory bodies in criminal charges related to corporate management under different profiles: work-related offences, environmental offences, corporate offences, tax and bankruptcy offences. She has also acquired expertise in the application of personal and real precautionary measures as well as in the enforcement of sentences. In the protection of victims of crime, she has often assisted victims of defamation and victims of domestic violence. Daniela is responsible for Campa Avvocati’s ‘Criminal’ area.
