For example: company or company branch rental contracts, company or company branch transfer contracts, lease contracts, commodate contracts, agency contracts, consultancy contracts, preliminary purchase and sale contracts, service contracts, supply contracts, mediation contracts, settlement contracts, obviously both in Italian and English
• the drafting of opinions on a wide variety of matters;
• assistance in the incorporation of companies with the drafting and verification of articles of association and memoranda of association, as well as the management of relations between shareholders, with the drafting of shareholders’ agreements;
• assistance in the drafting of minutes of Board of Directors or Shareholders’ Meetings;
• assisting in the formation of joint ventures, the execution of contributions, spin-offs, mergers or demergers.
