Services and areas of law

Administrative

Campa Avvocati offers advice and assistance to public bodies, investee companies and private individuals in the field of administrative law and, in particular, in the following areas:

  • Urban Planning and Construction, with particular regard to the presentation, approval and execution of implementing urban planning instruments, the drafting, negotiation and definition of urban planning agreements, the issuance of individual building permits, the verification and management of alleged building abuses and their amnesty. All this, both in extrajudicial matters, with drafting of opinions and assistance in related administrative proceedings, and in litigation before the Regional Administrative Court and Council of State;
  • Public contracting, with particular regard to the procedures for the award of public works, services and supply contracts, as well as works and services concessions.

Campa Avvocati’s administrative advisory work, extrajudicial and judicial, was then progressively extended to the European sphere, particularly in the field of Antidumping and Sanctions, applying the principles of European Law not only in the Courts in Luxembourg, but also in the Italian Courts to enforce those same rights in practice.

Managing Public Administration and doing business with it: two sides of the same coin

A distinctive trait of Campa Avvocati is the experience gained in providing legal advice and assistance to public bodies and investee companies, which has enabled us to acquire a privileged viewpoint on the functioning of these entities and an important knowledge of the organisation of the Public Administration, its decision-making processes and the procedural aspects of the activities and functions that these entities are called upon to perform. Our activity covers not only the consultancy aimed at verifying the legitimacy of the individual procedural aspect and the management of any litigation before the Regional Administrative Court and the Council of State, but also includes, if necessary, the direct support of managers, officials and public administrators in the exercise of administrative activity. The experience and knowledge gained over the years allow us to offer the best possible support also to the private individual who intends to deal with the Public Administration, in particular with regard to urban planning and building issues that play an essential role in any real estate transaction, because they directly affect costs, time and, therefore, also the feasibility of the transaction itself.
