Campa Avvocati, with a team composed of partners Andrea Santini and Marina Pirovano, was instructed to assist a company in proceedings, before the Companies Court, concerning a claim of unlawful misappropriation and transfer of industrial secrets, pursuant to Articles 98 and 99 of the Industrial Property Code. In the course of the litigation, no less than two description proceedings took place pursuant to Art. 129 et seq. of the IPC: the first prior to the filing of the lawsuit, the second during the merits and, even, in the final stage of the proceedings, with even the filing of a complaint against the precautionary order received. The preliminary activity was therefore very substantial, with particular regard to technical issues, which necessarily concern this type of litigation.
