The European House – Ambrosetti, a leading strategic consultancy firm that, among other things, promotes the famous Cernobbio Forum, has acquired 100% of GDS Communication Società Benefit, a company based in Como that deals with marketing and integrated communication. GDS was assisted by Campa Avvocati, with a team comprising partners Massimo Campa and Matteo Aldeghi, as well as lawyer Bruno Galati, for the legal aspects of the transaction, and Dr Giampaolo Vianello, of Studio Palmieri e Associati, for the tax aspects. Bonelli Erede assisted Ambrosetti, with a team composed of partners Gianpiero Succi and Daniele Gambirasio.
