Campa Avvocati, with a team composed of partners Massimo Campa and Matteo Aldeghi and associate Matilde Galli, assisted East Coast Sport Group in the acquisition of the majority of the shares of Estra Pistoia, a men’s basketball club that plays in the Basketball League – Series A1.
East Coast Sport Group is a company owned by a group of American investors led by Ron Rowan, a former basketball player who played in Italy for eleven seasons between the late 1980s and the 2000s, stopping for three seasons in Pistoia, a place where he left important memories and to which he returned thirty years later.
