With a team composed of partners Massimo Campa and Matteo Aldeghi, assisted by senior associate Alessia Pesenti for the labour law aspects, Campa Avvocati assisted the shareholders of NVA S.r.l. in the sale of the majority of the company’s shares to iCON Infrastructure, an independent English investment fund that, with this transaction, enters the renewable energy sector in Italy.
