Campa Avvocati, with a team composed of partners Massimo Campa and Marina Pirovano, provided assistance and advice to a leading group operating in the management of residences for the elderly and healthcare facilities in Northern Italy, for the purposes of the activation of the relevant pre-arrangement procedure and the preparation of the Plan and Proposal for Arrangement with Creditors. Within the scope of this activity, the full protection of the guests and the employment of over 1,000 employees was also a prerequisite, for the purpose of which all the company branches were secured and the relative continuity preserved, through the stipulation of specific lease agreements.
