Campa Avvocati, with a team composed of partners Massimo Campa and Marina Pirovano, as well as senior associate Alessia Pesenti for the labour law aspects, assisted Teleunica S.r.l. in the partnership transaction with La Provincia di Como S.p.a., part of the Seesab Group, through the incorporation of a newco, named Enova S.r.l., by means of the transfer by Teleunica S.r.l. of its business unit, having as its object the television broadcasting of news, investigations, shows, specialised columns, music and advertising and, by La Provincia di Como S.p.A. Editoriale, of its branches La Provincia di Lecco and La Provincia di Sondrio, in order to create a legal entity that, thanks to the integration of the two editorial structures (paper and television), can compose an offer – editorial and commercial – multimedia and traditional, exploiting the respective competences and the resulting synergies and defining a shared editorial line aimed at the development of the two territories and at increasing their visibility also outside the provincial borders, thus enabling the new pole to become the main interlocutor for all the actors operating there.
This project was also shared in the area, attracting investors from the most important businesses operating in the Lecco and Sondrio areas.
