Campa Avvocati, with a team composed of partners Massimo Campa and Marina Pirovano, successfully assisted two members of the Board of Statutory Auditors of a leading Como-based company, which later went bankrupt, in a liability action brought by the relevant receivership, with original claims for damages exceeding €40 million. The claims for damages were entirely rejected by the Court of Enterprises of Milan, with a ruling that the Trustee decided not to appeal.
