Campa Avvocati, with partner Andrea Santini, took on the task of managing, in outsourcing, the in-house legal department of a multinational group. Beginning as a spot consultancy, the relationship grew over time to culminate in the aforementioned assignment, in which the firm, guaranteeing daily support to the company and its management, provided its assistance in the drafting/revision of contracts, in the preparation of bids for competitive procedures, and in the definition of labour law issues. The consultancy activity also made it possible to take on certain assignments in the judicial sphere when, in the interests of the client, litigation was the preferable solution.
