Campa Avvocati, with partners Massimo Campa and Matteo Aldeghi, as well as associate Stefano Negrotti, provided legal assistance and advice in the establishment of an energy transition platform aimed at the design, development, financing, construction and operation of clean and renewable energy plants in all its sectors – photovoltaic, hydrogen, solar panel production, biomass and storage – both in the EU and the UK. The operation was set up with the aim of establishing a key player in the EU and UK energy transition, bringing together smart capital, market-leading professional consultants, EPC contractors and developers in the key growth sectors of Europe’s energy transition.
