Campa Avvocati, with associate Marco Sormani, after carrying out a risk assessment in the field of privacy and implementing all the necessary measures and additions, took on the role of DPO of a leading Italian e-commerce operator. As a result of this appointment, the Firm, in execution of the provisions of Article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), will perform support and control, advisory, training and information functions in relation to the application of the GDPR and the privacy legislation in force, and will support the Company in all matters concerning the protection of personal data, also with reference to interlocutory activities with the Guarantor.
