Campa Avvocati, with a team composed of partners Massimo Campa and Marina Pirovano – assisted by junior associate Linda Gatti, as well as of counsel Davide Rovetta, Vincenzo Villante and Laura Beretta – assisted an important Lombard company, active in the distribution sector, in anti-dumping proceedings, aimed at the application of import duties in the EU territories. The activity involved, in particular, the active participation in the entire administrative proceedings before the Commission of the European Union, in the context of which the important and epoch-making – given the very limited precedents in this respect – decision to suspend duties on imports of aluminium rolled products was also obtained, in compliance with the request made on the basis of the represented market situation.
