Campa Avvocati assisted Teleunica S.r.l. in the partnership transaction with La Provincia di Como S.p.a. (Seesab Group), through the incorporation of the newco Enova S.r.l., through the transfer by Teleunica S.r.l. of its business unit (television news, investigations, shows, specialised columns, music and advertising) and, by La Provincia di Como S.p.A. Editoriale, of its La Provincia di Lecco and La Provincia di Sondrio branches. Thanks to the integration of the two editorial structures (print and television), a legal entity was born with an offer – both editorial and commercial – multimedia and traditional, capable of becoming the main interlocutor for all the players involved. A project shared throughout the territory, also attracting investors from the most important entrepreneurial realities operating in the Lecco and Sondrio areas.
