Massimo Campa (Trieste, 30 December 1974) graduated with honours in law from University “Statale” of Milan in 1998. After completing his legal and notarial practice, he joined the Milan Bar in 2001 and has been practising law ever since. He has been qualified to defend before the Supreme Court of Cassation since 2012. In 2003, he studied at the School of Law of Columbia University in New York, specialising in international contracts. In 2016, he attended the specialisation course in corporate law at University “Statale” of Milan. From 1999 to 2014, he worked as an assistant to the chair of Institutions of Private Law at University “Statale” of Milan and University of “Insubria” of Como; since 2014, he has been working as an assistant to the chair of Civil Law at University “Statale” of Milan. He has published his own works in his fields of expertise in the magazine ” I Contratti” Ipsoa and as co-author “Codice degli Appalti” and “Codice della Sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro” edited by UTET.
