Campa Avvocati, with partner Marina Pirovano and associate Marco Sormani, dealt with the reorganisation of the safety system of a major construction company in Lombardy. In particular, after carrying out a risk assessment of the client company, the firm shared and defined a system of delegation of functions, with sub-delegations and appointments of persons in charge, transferring to the delegated parties the due obligations and assigning to them the appropriate tasks and powers, including spending powers, all of which implemented a valid and structured safety tool, which allowed for the decentralisation of tasks, in the interest of the company, management and, above all, workers.
