Campa Avvocati, with a team composed of partners Massimo Campa and Marina Pirovano, assisted a Lombardy-based operator in a pre-arrangement procedure and in the preparation of the Plan and Proposal of Arrangement with Creditors, based on a direct continuity through the entry of an investor in the share capital. However, this investment possibility vanished, so the activity focused on the company rescue and the preservation of jobs, through the stipulation of a company lease contract to a newly incorporated company, the management of the related trade union procedure and the signing of conciliation agreements with all 69 employees.
