Campa Avvocati, with partner Marina Pirovano and associate Marco Sormani, supervised the drafting of an organisation and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 of a Company participated by Public Entities.
In particular, after carrying out a risk assessment of the Company, analysing all the criminal offences that could abstractly be committed, Campa Avvocati interviewed all the front lines of the Company, defining the individual procedures to be carried out to avoid the commission of offences.
The work, which lasted several months, ended with the Client Company’s Board of Directors adopting an organisational model and a code of ethics.
