Campa Avvocati, with a team composed of partners Massimo Campa and Marina Pirovano, handled all the legal aspects that allowed a group of entrepreneurs from Lecco and Valtellina to acquire the entire share capital of Tele Unica, the historical television broadcaster of the Lecco and Sondrio provinces, as part of a relative rescue project due to the difficulties resulting from the bankruptcy proceedings of its majority shareholder.
