The firm, active since 2002, operates in its offices in Lecco, Milan, Como and Rome, following The Client in all his needs.
Immediately operational in Lecco and Milan, it opened in Como in 2007.
In 2012 it moved to Lecco to the new headquarters in Piazza XX Settembre
In 2017 an office was opened in Rome in Via Bertoloni (Parioli area).
From 2018 it moves again in Como, to the new location in Via Napo Torriani
From 2019 the new Milan office is active, in Palazzo della Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo, in Piazza del Duomo, 20 and with it the PrimeLex partnership starts.
From 2021, the Trieste (TS) office, located in Strada del Friuli n. 42, will be opened. 42.
Lastly, consolidating the collaboration with Studio Grayston & Company, the Brussels office was opened, 28 Boulevard St. Michel, so as to have a stable base from which to promote the interests and protect the rights of our customers even in the heart of Europe.
Our Clients, both individuals and Companies, operate in industrial-manufacturing, services, IT, distribution, construction, trade, design, food, publishing, textiles, real estate, health care, finance sectors; we also assist public bodies, educational institutions, Companies with public participation.
The Firm handled and currently manages in outsourcing the internal Legal Department of some Companies
The activity is supported by a team of 10 professionals, each with their own specialisations, always with a synergic and transversal vision of legal advice and advocacy.
Some of the lawyers have spent all their training from their professional practice within the Firm. Others come from external training experiences Others come from external training experiences.
They are joined by colleagues from the firms in Como, PrimeLex in Milan and Rome, as well as by close collaborations with additional expertise in business and legal consultancy
