Alessia Pesenti (Carate Brianza, 24 February 1986) graduated from the Istituto d’Istruzione Superiore “M.K. Gandhi” di Besana Brianza – specializing in business studies and foreign languages – and graduated with honours in 2012 from the Università degli Studi Milano Bicocca – Corso di Laurea Magistrale a ciclo unico in Giurisprudenza.

Having completed her legal practice, she enrolled in the Lecco Bar in 2014, after having passed the first attempt at the state exam to qualify as a lawyer in the 2013/2014 session. Since then, she has been practicing as a lawyer.

In 2017-2018 he attended the School of Advanced Training in Labour Law.

She has been with Campa Avvocati since June 2015.

Her main areas of activity concern labour law, advising on the different stages of the employment relationship (hiring; disciplinary proceedings; amendments to the employment contract conditions and amendments to the CCNL applicable to the employment relationship; individual and collective dismissals).

She also assists in negotiations with trade unions in order to reach out-of-court settlements.

She assists in legal proceedings in labour disputes.
