Andrea Santini

Andrea Santini (Lecco, 18 August 1986) graduated from the Collegio Alessandro Volta in Lecco in 2005 and graduated with honours from the University of Milan Bicocca in 2011, with a thesis in Parliamentary Law entitled “The powers of the opposition in the Italian Parliament”.

He practiced law first at Studio Legale Valagussa and then at Studio Legale Campa. He passed the exam to become a lawyer in 2014 and since then has been registered with the Lecco Bar

In 2013 he attended the forensic school organised by the Monza Bar Association. He collaborates with Campa Avvocati since 2012 first as a trainee and now as a lawyer.

Hhe mainly deals with civil and commercial law, and in particular with contracts, litigation, extraordinary transactions and consulting for small and large companies. He also follows industrial and intellectual property law and the preparation of Anti-Covid protocols. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Companies and has dealt with Arbitration Law.

In 2009, he ran for and was elected as a Municipal Councilor in his municipality of residence, where he held the position of majority group leader with delegated powers to Tourism and Sport. In 2014, he ran for the office of Municipal Councilor again and was elected again, being the most voted of the list that won the elections. He held the position of Councilor until 2019, and of Deputy Mayor and Councilor between 2014 and 2017. In the school year 2017/2018 he collaborated as a Law and Economics teacher with the Professional Institute Clerici of Lecco, teaching in the Classes of the Hairdressing Section..
