Massimo Campa

Massimo Campa (Trieste, 30 December 1974) graduated with honours from the Liceo Scientifico Galileo Galilei in Erba (CO) in 1993 and graduated with honours in law from the University of Milan in 1998.

Having completed his legal and notarial practice, he registered with the Milan Bar in 2001 and has been practicing law ever since.
He has been qualified to defend before the Court of Cassation since 2012

In 2003, he studied at the School of Law of Columbia University in New York, specialising in international contracts..
In 2016 he attended a specialisation course in corporate law at the State University of Milan.

In 2002, he founded his own firm, which is now Campa Avvocati, passionate about his work and convinced that a lawyer can make a difference, but that every achievement is a Team challenge.

He coordinates and supervises all the activities of the firm.

His main areas of activity are strategic corporate consulting, extraordinary transactions (corporate and M&A), corporate crisis management, criminal law, corporate and commercial law, labour and industrial law.

From 1999 to 2014, he worked as assistant to the chair of Institutions of Private Law at the State University of Milan and Insubria University of Como; since 2014, he has worked as assistant to the chair of Civil Law at the State University of Milan.
He has published his own works in his areas of expertise in the magazine “I Contratti” Ipsoa and as co-author “Codice degli Appalti” and “Codice della Sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro” ed. UTET. UTET.
