Clarissa Auriemma

Clarissa Auriemma (Lecco, 23 December 1988) – graduated from the Istituto Statale d’Istruzione Superiore G. Bertacchi – Liceo delle Scienze Sociali di Lecco in 2007 – graduated with honours in 2012 from the Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca – Corso di Laurea Magistrale a ciclo unico in Giurisprudenza, with a dissertation on Succession Law, entitled “Trust and the phenomenon of inheritance”.

Having completed an internship with a notary during high school, she then dedicated herself to the legal profession and, having completed her legal practice, she enrolled in the Lecco Bar in 2016, after passing the state exam for qualification as a lawyer in the 2014/2015 session. Since then she has been practicing the profession.

Since 2017, she has been on the list of lawyers available to take on the role of legal guardians and, since 2020, on the list of lawyers available to take on the role of support administrators at the Court of Lecco.

She has been a member of Aiaf Lombardia “Milena Pini” (Italian Association of Family and Children Lawyers) since 2020.

She has been with Campa Avvocati since 2017.

Her main areas of activity within the firm concern family and personal law, as well as succession law. She deals with all practices related to the termination of cohabitation, separations and divorces also through the assisted negotiation procedure, guardianships of minors, curatorship and support administrations

She offers legal assistance in the drafting and examination of a will in the prevention of inheritance disputes, drafts reports of waiver of inheritance and authorisations to accept or waive an inheritance on behalf of minor children.

She also assists with adoption procedures, residence permits pursuant to ex art. 31 co. 3 D. Lvo 286/98and offers strategic advice in the asset management of inheritance structures, in the definition of effective preventive or hereditary division solutions and generational transfer of Companies (Family Agreements, Trusts).
