Campa Avvocati firmly believes in the hashtag#international dimension and continues to increase its commitment at the European level, both in international trade law and anti-dumping, and in the difficult but relevant area of sanctions.
We are delighted to welcome in our Brussels office a new bright young resource: Dr Stefania Marafatto, with a degree in European Studies and an LLM in International and EU Law both from the University of Amsterdam.
The team is also including two lawyers with international experience:
– Attorney Jeff Senduk, a graduate of Amsterdam and Stanford University, brings his extensive international experience in administrative and corporate law. He is specialized in EU competition law, anti-dumping, and sanctions with a focus on M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity, and cross-border transactions.
– Attorney Massimo Moretto (Master in European Judicial Studies at the European Institute of Public Administration in Luxembourg), author of many publications on EU law, is a leading lawman in Brussels, where he has been working since 1991. He brings unique experience in competition and customs law, anti-dumping, economic sanctions and EU restrictive measures. He boasts a number and level of cases at the General Court of the European Union and the Court of Justice in Luxembourg that is hard to match.
