On February 11th, in Luxembourg, our Legal Team composed by Massimo Campa, Davide Rovetta, Massimo Moretto, Vincenzo Villante, Marina Pirovano, Anna Ronco, Stefania Marafatto, and Jeffrey Senduck took part at an historical hearing in appeal in front of the Court of Justice of the European Union, called in Grand Chambre at the presence of 15 Judges, to decide about 5 sanctions cases (2 of them defended by our law firm).
Together with some of the most important European Colleagues in the field, as Campa Avvocati, we shared our legal arguments with the defendants of the Council of the European Union, the European Commission, the Czech Republic, and the Latvian Republic.
Rule of Law is our greatest value, it is what truly make us the European Union: to be able to discuss it at theseaw levels, to ensure it is always applied (even more in the case of restrictive measures), was a responsibility and hashtag#opportunity for which we are grateful and to which we have devoted our utmost commitment.
