Elemaster, an international group and leader in the design and manufacturing services of high-tech electronic equipment, active in the ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) and EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) sectors, further strengthens its industrial positioning through the acquisition of 100% of CR&C and its investment in the share capital of Greenwaves.
CR&C is a company specialized in the production, repair, and testing of electronic equipment and circuit boards, with consolidated experience in the industrial electronics and telecommunications sectors.
Greenwaves operates in the design, testing, and production of customized solutions in the RF, microwave, and radar sectors—fields characterized by high technological content and strong application growth.
The transaction is part of the Elemaster Group’s development strategy, aimed at strengthening its capabilities across the entire value chain by expanding its offering of integrated, high-tech solutions for its target markets.
