Deltrian Italia, a company operating in the air filtration sector for industrial and civil applications and part of the multinational Deltrian Group, with over 55 years of history, has completed the acquisition of Filtrotecnica 2M, a Como-based company specializing in air filtration and purification technologies.
Filtrotecnica 2M was assisted on all legal aspects by Campa Avvocati, with a team comprising Partner Matteo Aldeghi and Associates Matilde Galli and Mattia Ernesti, and on tax matters by Studio Palmieri Associati, with a team consisting of Fabio Maria Palmieri and Andrea Lopiccoli.
