Limonta S.p.A., a leading European industrial group in the high-end textile sector with a complete and integrated supply chain and backed by Tamburi Investment Partners (T.I.P.), has further strengthened control over its production chain through the acquisition of two long-established local industrial companies recognized for their quality and expertise.
Novaresin S.p.A., headquartered in Nibionno (LC), operates in the finishing and enhancement of fashion and technical fabrics. The Limonta Group acquired a 60% stake in the company in partnership with the current management, represented by the Donghi family, which increased its shareholding to 40%.
Pirandello & Gregorini S.r.l., based in Giussano (MB), specializes in package dyeing of yarns on behalf of third parties for all types of fibers. The Limonta Group acquired 100% of the company.
The sellers were assisted on legal and corporate matters by Campa Avvocati, with a team comprising Partners Massimo Campa and Matteo Aldeghi and Associates Matilde Galli and Mattia Ernesti.
Arkios Italy acted as financial advisor to the sellers, with a team composed of Alexandre Moscianese (Partner), Alberto Brenna (Director) and Riccardo Triglia (Associate).
