Tecno, an Italian design company internationally recognized for its production of furniture and solutions for workspaces, has completed a significant corporate transaction resulting in the entry into its share capital of the Fondo Salvaguardia Imprese—promoted by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT) and managed by Invitalia—as well as of HNF Società Benefit.
The transaction, aimed at supporting the company’s development and consolidation plans, was also carried out through a corporate reorganization and a structured banking agreement, with PwC Italy acting as financial advisor.
Campa Avvocati assisted Tecno on all legal aspects related to the entry of the new shareholders and the corporate reorganization, with a team led by Partners Massimo Campa and Marina Pirovano.
DAcademy was advised by Studio WST, while Invitalia was assisted by attorney Filippo Pingue of Studio PLC.
